Refund policy

1. Returns Policy - there will a 20% handling charge if you wish to send anything back within the 14 days date of signature please send back to the following address –

Carriage charges are non refundable. All products should be folded and put in original packaging. Please email office@suppliesforindustry.com for a returns number.

Embroidered or Heat Sealed garments may not be returned unless faulty.

2. If for any reason the Customer does not accept delivery of the goods when they are ready for delivery then the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered, risk passing to the Customer.

3. Delivery times can fluctuate on stock and personalisation, stocked items can be delivered within 1 - 2 working days. Personalised items can take 3 - 7 working days. Any further information required please do not hesitate to contact ourselves.
